Huxley Toner; Extract is a perfect toner for skin that lacks moisture. Its slightly acidic formula balances skin's pH level. It also helps restore and strengthen skin's natural barrier. Toner preps the skin for other skin care items and helps the active ingredients absorb better. Contains prickly pear seed oil and rosa centifolia flower extract which hydrate the skin effectively.
